By exploring the fundamental principles of government upon which our Constitutional Republic was founded and by studying the original intent of the founders, we can begin to recover the lost freedoms that require vigilance to protect and defend. Today, many are surprised but delighted to learn that we were founded as a Constitutional Republic of Sovereign States based upon Biblical principles. The recovery of these principles is necessary for the reclamation of the Republic.

IOTC is a course of study consisting of 12 video lectures featuring Dr. John Eidsmoe, professor of Constitutional Law at Faulkner University, along with other selected subjects by speakers such as David Barton. It is designed as a "turn key" program, enabling those with little background and training to be effective hosts of the program, thus benefiting their communities and their country by passing on the Blessings of Liberty.
