THE COMING CHAOS

Dear Friend of Radio Liberty,

"I believe U.S. foreign policy is designed to confuse the American people and national leaders who are unaware of the Spiritual Hierarchy's plan to 'establish an enlightened democracy among the nations of the world.'"
Radio Liberty letter, December 2005 [1]

"If Congress doesn't intervene, the UAE-owned company will soon take control of facilities in the ports of New York, New Jersey, New Orleans, Miami, Philadelphia, and Baltimore . . . . Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma said, 'Handing the keys to US strategic ports to a regime that recognized the Taliban is not a sound next step in our war against terror.'"
Pastor Chuck Baldwin, February 2006 [2]

"Between 2002 and 2004, thousands of so-called Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) . . . made their way across the Mexican border and into the United States. . . . Since space in detention cells remained at a premium, the newly collared SIAs were simply released from custody as soon as they received their hearing dates from the immigration judges. Ninety-five percent failed to appear for their scheduled hearings."
The Al Qaeda Connection, 2005 [3]

"The manhunt for Osama bin Laden and his network must be merely one salvo of a great revolutionary war that will transform the Middle East."
Michael Ledeen, October 30, 2001 [4]

"When our Founders declared a new order of the ages . . . they were acting on an ancient hope that is meant to be fulfilled. History has an ebb and flow of justice, but history also has a visible direction, set by liberty and the Author of Liberty."
President Bush's Second Inaugural Address [5]

"Mr. Ahmadinejad is close to the messianic Hojjatieh Society, which is governed by the conviction the 12th Imam's return will be hastened by 'the creation of chaos on Earth'"
Arnaud de Borchgrave, February 6, 2006 [6]

I began my December 2005 Radio Liberty letter with a quotation from Colonel Gamal Abdel Nasser, who wrote:

"The genius of you Americans is that you never make clear cut stupid moves, only complicated stupid moves which make us wonder at the possibility that there may be something we are missing." [7]

The CFR officials who control the U.S. State Department often appear to be confused and incompetent, but they are not. They are carrying out the ancient quest for "a new order of the ages, an ancient hope that is meant to be fulfilled." [8] They want to destroy national sovereignty, undermine Christianity, and create a world government. [9] The Radio Liberty letter continued:

"I believe U.S. foreign policy is designed to confuse the American people and national leaders who are unaware of the Spiritual Hierarchy's plan to 'establish an enlightened democracy among the nations of the world.'" [10]

Most Americans witnessed the catastrophic collapse of the Twin Towers, and believe the U.S. is engaged in a "war on terrorism," but that isn't true. If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism," why is the Bush administration trying to transfer control of six major U.S. ports to a company owned by the Emirate of Dubai, a Moslem country that recognized the Taliban and supports the destruction of Israel? Pastor Chuck Baldwin was appalled by the policy decision, and wrote:

"If Congress doesn't intervene, the UAE-owned company will soon take control of facilities in the ports of New York, New Jersey, New Orleans, Miami, Philadelphia, and Baltimore. To which Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma said, 'Handing the keys to US strategic ports to a regime that recognized the Taliban is not a sound next step in our war against terror'. . .

Coburn also warned that the Dubai Ports World agreement 'could seriously undermine our national security.' Indeed it could. Consider the fact that less than 5% of goods received at our nation's ports are inspected." [11]

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism," why is the government inspecting less than 5% of the shipping containers that enter our ports, and giving terrorists a 95% chance of success if they try to ship a nuclear device to the United States. [12]

If Osama bin Laden is really a threat to the United States, why didn't the CIA try to capture or kill him before the 9/11 attack? Government officials claim he was involved in the hotel bombing in Aden in 1992, the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, the Black Hawk Down incident in Somalia in 1993, the terrorist attack on the U.S. embassies in Africa in 1998, and the attack on the U.S.S. Cole in 2000. He declared war on the U.S. in 1996 and 1998, and according to Richard Clark, President Clinton gave the CIA permission to assassinate bin Laden on two occasions. [13]

Robert Scheuer was a senior analyst at the CIA, and tracked Osama bin Laden for many years. He told Congress "his agents provided the U.S. government with about ten opportunities to capture bin Laden before Sept. 11, and that all of them were rejected."

Richard Miniter's book, Losing Bin Laden, documents 11 occasions when the U.S. could have captured or killed Osama bin Laden. Why didn't the U.S. government try to either capture or kill him? [14]

The Clinton administration, and the second Bush administration, financed the Taliban regime during the years they provided a sanctuary for Osama bin Laden and his followers, and gave the Taliban an additional $43 million in 2001. When President Bush addressed the nation on September 20, 2001, he stated:

"The United States respects the people of Afghanistan - after all, we are currently its largest source of humanitarian aid -. . . ." [15]

If Osama bin Laden and his followers are really a threat to the U.S.:

* Why didn't the CIA let the Special Forces teams they controlled try to capture or kill Osama bin Laden when he and his men were trapped in the Tora Bora mountains in December 2001? Instead, the CIA hired several thousand Afghan mercenaries, had them attack the region, and let Osama bin Laden escape. [16]

Paul Sperry's book, Crude Politics, explains what happened.

"Special Forces commandos who did tours in Afghanistan . . . questioned the strategy. They were unhappy with the decision to use Afghan proxy soldiers to ferret out bin Laden . . . instead of sending in U.S. ground troops. . . . 'They were champing at the bit to go in. They wanted to see action, but were held back. . . .'" [17]

* If Osama bin Laden planned the 9/11 attack that killed 3,000 American citizens, why did President Bush abandon his effort to capture bin Laden in 2002, and attack Iraq?

* Why isn't the CIA trying to capture or kill Osama bin Laden today?

Congressman Curt Weldon discovered where Osama bin Laden was hiding, and arranged to have him killed. When George Tenent, the Director of the CIA (DCIA), was informed, he blocked the plan. [18]

Paul Williams, author of The Al Qaeda Connection, claims the CIA knows where Osama bin Laden is hiding, but isn't trying to capture him. [19]

When Tim Burger interviewed Porter Goss (DCIA) in June 2005, Burger asked Porter Goss if he knew where Osama bin Laden was hiding, and Goss replied:

"I have an excellent idea where he is. What's the next question?" [20]

If the DCIA knew where Osama bin Laden was hiding in June 2005, why didn't he try to capture or kill him? Why isn't the CIA, or some other U.S. intelligence agency, trying to capture or kill Osama bin Laden today?

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism":

* Why didn't the Bush administration seal the Mexican border after 9/11 to prevent Islamic terrorists from entering our country? Paul Williams addressed that issue:

"Between 2002 and 2004, thousands of so-called Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) . . . made their way across the Mexican border and into the United States. They came from countries that pose national security concerns: Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, Somalia, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, and even Iraq. . . . Since space in detention cells remained at a premium, the newly collared SIAs were simply released from custody as soon as they received their hearing dates from the immigration judges. Ninety-five percent failed to appear for their scheduled hearings." [21]

Chris Simcox, co-chairman of the Minute Men, claims he has found Muslim prayer mats and copies of the Koran along the Mexican border. [22]

John Quirk teaches at a diplomatic school in Paris, and has contacts in several foreign intelligence agencies; they claim there are dozens of Iranian terrorist cells in the U.S. [23]

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism":

* Why didn't the Bush administration mobilize the National Guard after 9/11, and have them protect our chemical and nuclear plants? Most of the plants are not adequately protected, and a successful terrorist attack would kill thousands or tens of thousands of Americans. [24]

* Why haven't there been any significant terrorist attacks in the U.S. since 9/11?

* Why hasn't the Bush administration stockpiled medicine that could save the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans if there is a nuclear attack on the United States? [25]

* Why was the U.S. Civil Defense program discontinued? Why hasn't it been restored?

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism," and there is the possibility of another airline hijacking:

* Why does the Bush administration oppose the effort to arm airline pilots? Most pilots want to carry weapons, most airline passengers want pilots to be armed, and Congress enacted legislation that authorized pilots to carry weapons, but the Bush administration blocked the program. [26]

* Why isn't every U.S. flight protected by air marshals? Only 10% of U.S. flights are protected. Why are air marshals required to wear a suit, a white shirt, a tie, and sit in First Class where hijackers can readily identify and disarm them? Why did the Bush administration alter the post-9/11 regulations, and permit passengers with 4-inch-blade scissors and 6-inch screwdrivers to board U.S. planes? [27]

* Why isn't every U.S. passenger plane equipped with a decoy system that will protect it from a surface-to-air missile attack? [28]

Why does the FAA oppose racial profiling of airline passengers? [29]

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism":

* Why is the Bush administration financing Pakistan? The U.S. gives them $600 million a year. [30] Pakistani Intelligence, (the ISI), organized and financed the Taliban and al Qaeda. [31] President Bush claims Osama bin Laden is hiding in Pakistan. Pakistan developed nuclear weapons, and sold nuclear equipment to Iran, Libya, North Korea, and Saudi Arabia. [32] Pakistan has 20,000 madrassahs (schools) that promote radical Islam. Pakistan has 55 terrorist training camps. [33]

* Why is the Bush administration supporting Saudi Arabia? Saudi Arabia financed the Taliban and al Qaeda. [34] Fifteen of the 9/11 hijackers were Saudis. The Saudi ambassador's wife financed two of the 9/11 hijackers. [35] Saudi Arabia funds radical Islamic mosques and schools in the U.S., and Islamic clerics who convert black prisoners to the Wahabbi faith; prison officials provide them special privileges. Saudi Arabia funds Hamas, and the families of suicide bombers. [36] Saudi citizens fund Islamic terrorism, and the Iraq Insurgency. [37] Why did the Bush administration censor the Joint Intelligence Committee Report in 2003, and the 9/11 Commission Report in 2004, and delete information about Saudi Arabia's involvement in the 9/11 attack? [38]

* Why does the U.S. give Egypt $3 billion a year? Egypt funds the PLO and Hamas.

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism":

* Why are U.S. corporations allowed to establish partnerships with nations that support Islamic terrorism? "The Center for Security Policy's study showed that the American pension funds examined had approximately $188 billion invested in companies that partner with terrorist-sponsoring regimes." [39]

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism":

* Why did President Bush send Paul Bremer (CFR) to Iraq, and let him disband the Iraqi army, the Iraqi police force, and the Iraqi Civil Service? Paul Bremer destroyed the infrastructure of the nation, and precipitated the chaos that is consuming Iraq today.

Major General Paul Eaton was ordered to rebuild the Iraqi army, but the Pentagon blocked General Eaton's program. Thom Shanker discussed the tragic situation:

"'We set out to man, train and equip an army for a country of 25 million - with six men,' General Eaton said. He worked into the autumn with 'a revolving door of individual loaned talent that would spend between two weeks and two months,' he said, and never received even half the 250 professional staff members he had been promised. . . . Although the Iraqi Army had dissolved during the American-led invasion, the decision by Mr. Bremer and the Pentagon not to preserve or recall any complete Iraqi units meant the training task was bigger than expected. It also left General Eaton without any Iraqi noncommissioned officers. Training an army without noncommissioned officers to serve as drill sergeants is like pitching a tent without poles." [40]

If the U.S. is really engaged in a "war on terrorism":

* Why is the Bush administration antagonizing Muslims throughout the world, and turning them against the West?

* Why is the Bush administration planning to attack Iran and Syria?

I will try to answer some of the questions:

* Why didn't the U.S. try to capture or kill Osama bin Laden before the 9/11 attack? Why isn't the U.S. trying to capture or kill Osama bin Laden today?

Rowan Scarborough addressed that question in an October 9, 2001, article in The Washington Times.

"The Pentagon is in no hurry to try to catch or kill Osama bin Laden as it orchestrates a step-by-step bombing campaign over Afghanistan. Bush administration officials said an early demise of the elusive terrorist master-mind could result in international pressure to stop the . . . strikes before allies achieve the prime objective; uprooting the terrorists' operations in Afghanistan." "I prefer to follow a 'bin Laden last' policy, said a senior administration official. If you nab bin Laden or kill him, a lot of the war would end up being over, and the network would survive." [41]

If the CIA had captured or killed Osama bin Laden in December 2001, the Islamic movement would have collapsed, and the "war on terrorism" would have ended. If the U.S. captures or kills Osama bin Laden next month, the American people won't support the coming war with Iran and Syria.

Michael Ledeen is one of the primary architects of President Bush's Middle East policy; his October 30, 2001, article in The Wall Street Journal discusses the covert agenda:

"The manhunt for Osama bin Laden and his network must be merely one salvo of a great revolutionary war that will transform the Middle East." [42]

President Bush, Michael Ledeen, and the Spiritual Hierarchy they serve, have launched a "great revolutionary war that will transform the Middle East." Why? They want to subjugate that region and confederate the world. President Bush declared his allegiance to that goal in his second inaugural address, but very few people understood the significance of his statement:

"When our Founders declared a new order of the ages; when soldiers died in wave upon wave for a union based on liberty; when citizens marched in peaceful outrage under the banner, 'Freedom Now' - they were acting on an ancient hope that is meant to be fulfilled. History has an ebb and flow of justice, but history also has a visible direction, set by liberty and the Author of Liberty." [43]

Adepts transmit their ideas and thoughts by dividing them into segments, which are separated by extraneous information. If you delete the verbage, you discover the hidden message:

"When our Founders declared a new order of the ages . . . they were acting on an ancient hope that is meant to be fulfilled. History has an ebb and flow of justice, but history also has a visible direction, set by liberty and the Author of Liberty."

What is the "ancient hope that is meant to be fulfilled"? It is "a new order of the ages," the term "Novo Ordo Seclorum" (New World Order) depicted on the back of the Great Seal of the United States beneath an unfinished pyramid, and later placed on the back of the dollar bill. The mystery religions, and the secret societies they spawned, want world government. The unfinished pyramid represents that quest. If they succeed, the triangle that holds the "glorified eye" will settle into place on top of the pyramid, the "ancient hope" will be "fulfilled," and Lucifer, the "Author of Liberty," will rule the world.

Could that be true? Is there a similar movement in the Muslim world? Arnaud de Borchgrave, the former editor of The Washington Times, wrote about one of them:

"President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's Shi'ite creed has convinced him lesser mortals can not only influence but hasten the awaited return of the 12th Imam, known as the Mahdi. . . . 'The ultimate promise of all Divine religions . . . will be fulfilled with the emergence of a perfect human being . . . who is heir to all prophets. He will lead the world to justice and absolute peace'. . . . Mr. Ahmadinejad is close to the messianic Hojjatieh Society, which is governed by the conviction the 12th Imam's return will be hastened by 'the creation of chaos on Earth.'" [44]

I believe World War III is imminent, and will change the world. I hope you will challenge my information and try to prove me wrong.

Radio Liberty's outreach is expanding. Our 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. program is now broadcast in Cincinnati (and will soon be heard on two other CBN stations), but we are involved in a race against time. The world economy is collapsing, the morality of our nation is declining, and we are on the verge of World War III. What can we do? We must continue trying to educate our families and friends, and pray for revival.

Martin Luther challenged the power of the secret societies that ruled the world in 1517, and changed the course of history. Can we do the same? He wrote:

A mighty fortress is our God, A bulwark never failing; Our helper He, amid the flood Of mortal ills prevailing: For still our ancient foe Doth seek to work us woe; His craft and power are great, And, armed with cruel hate, On earth is not his equal. . . .

That word above all earthly powers, No thanks to them, abideth; The Spirit and the gifts are ours, Through Him who with us sideth: Let goods and kindred go, This mortal life also; The body they may kill: God's truth abideth still, His kingdom is forever. Amen. [45]

Barbara and I appreciate your faithful support, and your prayers.

Yours in Christ,

Stanley Monteith
