PROPHETIC WARNING II

Dear Friend of Radio Liberty,

"We are not left to conjecture how the moneyed power, thus organized and with such a weapon in its hands, would likely to use it. The distress and alarm which pervaded and agitated the whole country when the Bank of the United States waged war upon the people in order to compel them to submit to its demands can not yet be forgotten. The ruthless and unsparing temper with which whole cities and communities were oppressed, individuals impoverished and ruined, and a scene of cheerful prosperity suddenly changed into one of gloom and despondency ought to be indelibly impressed on the memory of the people of the United States."
President Andrew Jackson, Farewell Address, March 4, 1837 [1]

"The distress and sufferings inflicted on the people by the bank are some of the fruits of that system of policy which is continually striving to enlarge the authority of the Federal Government beyond the limits fixed by the Constitution. The powers enumerated in that instrument do not confer on Congress the right to establish such a corporation as the Bank of the United States, and the evil consequences which followed may warn us of the danger of departing from the true rule of construction. . . ." Ibid. [2]

"It is one of the serious evils of our present system of banking that it enables one class of society - and that by no means a numerous one - by its control over the currency, to act injuriously upon the interests of all the others and to exercise more thaN its just pro- portion of influence in political affairs." Ibid. [3]

I began last month's Radio Liberty letter with three questions:

Robert Reich addressed two of the questions in an op-ed article that was published in USA TODAY on January 7, 1999, where Robert Reich revealed: "Congress is irrelevant," and noted the Federal Reserve System directs the economic course of our nation. The remainder of my May 2009 letter dealt with President Jackson's confrontation with the powerful men who controlled the Second Bank of the United States. Why is that important? Because the final battle of the war that President Jackson waged is being fought today.

I suggest you re-read my May 2009 Radio Liberty letter before you read this letter. President Jackson continued.

"Recent events have proved that the paper-money system of this country may be used as an engine to undermine your free institutions, and that those who desire to engross all power in the hands of a few and to govern by corruption or force are aware of its power and prepared to employ it. Your banks now furnish your only circulating medium, and money is plenty or scarce according to the quantity of notes issued by them." [4]

Nicholas Biddle, and the powerful men he represented, wanted to increase the power of the Federal government, "undermine your free institutions," and "engross all power in the hands of a few and to govern by corruption or force." They made money "plenty or scarce according to the quantity of notes issued by them." When the Central Bank increased the quantity of paper money in circulation, the nation prospered, but when the Central Bank limited the quantity of money, the economy contracted, and millions of people lost their homes, their farms, and their businesses.

Very little has changed since that time. The Federal Reserve System is the Third Central Bank of the United States. The FED was established in 1913. It issued paper money, and the nation prospered until the FED limited the quantity of money in 1929, and precipitated the Great Depression. That has happened several times. The last instance was in 2005 when the Federal Reserve Board limited credit, and precipitated the financial contraction that has destroyed the financial structure of the world.

President Jackson discussed the relationship between the major banks at that time:

"While they have capitals not greatly disproportioned to each other, they are competitors in business, and no one of them can exercise dominion over the rest; and although in the present state of the currency these banks may and do operate injuriously upon the habits of business, the pecuniary concerns, and the moral tone of society, yet, from their number and dispersed situation, they cannot combine for the purposes of political influence, and whatever may be the dispositions of some of their power of mischief must necessarily be confined to a narrow space and felt only in their immediate neighborhoods.

But when the charter of the Bank of the United States was obtained from Congress it perfected the schemes of the paper system and gave its advocates the position they have struggled to obtain from the commencement of the Federal Government to the present hour. The immense capital and peculiar privileges bestowed upon it enabled it to exercise despotic sway over the other banks in every part of the country." [5]

At that time the currency was backed by gold, and banks provided credit based on the quantity of gold they held on deposit, but if there was a run on a bank, and the manager couldn't refund the depositors, he lost his property, and could be convicted of fraud. The system provided the funds that were needed for the expanding economy, and the United States prospered until the Second Bank of the United States was chartered, and Nicholas Biddle began to exercise "despotic sway over the other banks in every part of the country."

The Second Bank of the United States held the deposits of the U.S. government, issued paper money, purchased the support of the media, funded the politicians, and tried to control the nation. [6]

President Jackson described the relationship that existed between the Central Bank and the local banks:

"From its superior strength it could seriously injure, if not destroy, the business of any one of them which might incur its resentment, and it openly claimed for itself the power of regulating the currency throughout the United States." [7]

That is taking place today. When the FDIC takes over a local bank, they seize their assets, and in many instances the FDIC sells the bank and/or its assets to a financial institution that is chosen by Sheila Bair, the woman who runs the FDIC. [8] Many people fear Sheila Bair because she is part of the troika (FDIC-FED-US Treasury) that controls our nation. Sheila Bair doesn't like Vikram Pandit, the CEO of Citigroup, and since the troika controls that corporation, Vikram Pundit will probably be forced to resign. [9]

President Jackson described the awesome power of the Second Bank of the United States.

"In other words, it asserted (and undoubtedly possessed) the power to make money plenty or scarce at its pleasure; at any time and in any quarter of the Union, by controlling the issues of other banks and permitting an expansion or compelling a general contraction of the circulating medium, according to its own will. The other banking institutions were sensible of its strength, and they soon generally became its obedient instruments, ready at all times to execute its mandates; and with the banks necessarily went also that numerous class of persons in our commercial cities who depend altogether on bank credits for their solvency and means of business, and who are therefore obliged, for their own safety, to propitiate the favor of the money power by distinguished zeal and devotion in its service." [10]

The Second Bank controlled the local banks, and the local banks controlled the businessmen who were forced: "for their own safety, to propitiate the favor of the money power by distinguished zeal and devotion in its service." That is taking place today, but on a much larger scale. The major banks (J.P. Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc) will loan money to some businesses, but they withhold funds from many others. In addition, J.P. Morgan Chase has suspended the credit line of thousands of small businesses, and most of them will fail if they can't borrow money from another bank. [11]

There is some evidence that the European bankers who owned part of the Second Bank tried to have President Jackson killed, but both of the assassins' pistols misfired, and Andrew Jackson wasn't injured. Why do I suspect they were involved? G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature From Jekyll Island, described the incident:

"The would-be assassin was Richard Lawrence who either was truly insane or who pretended to be insane to escape harsh punishment. At any rate, Lawrence was found not guilty due to insanity. Later, he boasted to friends that he had been in touch with powerful people in Europe who had promised to protect him from punishment should he be caught." [12]

Thirty years later President Abraham Lincoln incurred the wrath of the European Bankers (the occult brotherhood) because he printed the "greenbacks" (money) that were used to finance the Civil War. What happened? John Wilkes Booth was a member of the Knights of the Golden Circle that was affiliated with the occult movement that existed at that time. Shortly after John Wilkes Booth killed Abraham Lincoln, he fled to England (and obtained a great deal of money?), then fled to Bombay where he died in 1873. Can that be verified? Yes. Izola Forrester, John Wilkes Booth's granddaughter, wrote a book titled This One Mad Act that describes what happened. Why do I believe Izola Forrester's story is true? Because her information has been meticulously suppressed, and most people haven't heard her story. [13] You can read the relevant sections of Izola Forrester's book in Robert Gaylon Ross's book, The Elite Serial Killers, or in G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature From Jekyll Island. Both can be purchased from Radio Liberty.

Have other presidents been assassinated? Yes. President John Kennedy was killed shortly after he issued Executive Order 11110 that authorized the production of a silver-backed currency. [14]

President Andrew Jackson continued:

"The result of the ill-advised legislation which established this great monopoly was to concentrate the whole money power of the Union, with its boundless means of corruption and its numerous dependents, under the direction and command of one acknowledged head, thus organizing this particular interest as one body and securing to it unity and concert of action throughout the United States, and enabling it to bring forward upon any occasion its entire and undivided strength to support or defeat any measure of the Government." [15]
When President Jackson didn't renew the Charter of the Second Bank, he incurred the wrath of the occult movement, and they set out to destroy him. President Jackson continued:

"In the hands of this formidable power, thus perfectly organized, was also placed unlimited dominion over the amount or the circulating medium, giving it the power to regulate the amount of the circulating medium, giving it the power to regulate the value of property and the fruits of labor in every quarter of the Union, and to bestow prosperity or bring ruin upon any city or section of the country as might best comport with its own interest or policy." [16]

Detroit, and many other communities, have been decimated because the Brotherhood of Darkness has shifted automobile production to the BRIC nations; Brazil, Russia, India, and China. Why? Because they want to raise the standard of living in those countries, and lower the standard of living in the United States. If you would like to verify that statement, I suggest you read Section 10-A of the Earth Charter, the Mein Kampf of the occult movement that controls our nation. The document was written by David Rockefeller's nephew, Steven Rockefeller, and calls for "the equitable distribution of wealth within nations and among nations." [17]

President Jackson continued:

"We are not left to conjecture how the moneyed power, thus organized and with such a weapon in its hands, would likely to use it. The distress and alarm which pervaded and agitated the whole country when the Bank of the United States waged war upon the people in order to compel them to submit to its demands can not yet be forgotten.

The ruthless and unsparing temper with which whole cities and communities were oppressed, individuals impoverished and ruined, and a scene of cheerful prosperity suddenly changed into one of gloom and despondency ought to be indelibly impressed on the memory of the people of the United States." [18]

Nicholas Biddle, and the powerful men he represented, decided to punish the American people because they rejected the Second Bank. Biddle knew there wasn't sufficient paper money in circulation to repay all the loans that had been issued, so he told the banks to call in their loans, and: "whole cities and communities were oppressed, individuals (were-ed) impoverished and ruined, and a scene of cheerful prosperity suddenly changed into one of gloom and despondency. . . ."

A similar situation exists in the United States today. Over 14.5 million Americans are unemployed, millions of people are underemployed, and millions of people have stopped looking for work. Over three million families have lost their homes, thousands of businesses have failed, and most State and local governments have laid off thousands of employees. Ten large banks hold 75% of the bank deposits, and at least four of the large banks have lent billions of dollars to foreign nations, but most of the large banks have stopped lending money to American corporations. Why? Because the large banks are affiliated with the Brotherhood of Darkness, and the BOD wants to destroy the U.S. economy so they can establish a world government. [19]

President Jackson continued:

"If such was its power in a time of peace, what would it not have been in a season of war, with an enemy at your doors? No nation but the freemen of the United States could have come out victorious from such a contest; yet, if you had not conquered, the Government would have passed from the hands of the many to the hands of the few, and this organized money power from its secret conclave would have directed the choice of your highest officers and compelled you to make peace or war, as best suited their own wishes." [20]

The American people supported Andrew Jackson, and maintained their freedom, but the spiritual force that energized the Brotherhood of Darkness wasn't defeated. Members of the BOD purchased the media, financed unprincipled politicians, and under the auspices of the Trilateral Commission they eventually seized control of the reign of power in Washington D.C.

President Jackson discussed the danger that faced the nation at that time:

"The forms of your Government might for a time have remained, but its living spirit would have departed from it." [21]

Most people believe the United States has a representative form of government, but that isn't true. The Brotherhood of Darkness controls the American government, and the media molds the minds of the American people. The "form of your government" remains, "but its living spirit (has-ed) departed from it." President Jackson continued:

"The distress and sufferings inflicted on the people by the bank are some of the fruits of that system of policy which is continually striving to enlarge the authority of the Federal Government beyond the limits fixed by the Constitution." [22]

We are witnessing the tragic consequences of the BOD's effort to control our nation. What is the solution? Congress must dismantle the FED, issue a gold-backed currency, and establish a system of State Banks.

President Jackson discussed the importance of the U.S. Constitution:

"The powers enumerated in that instrument do not confer on Congress the right to establish such a corporation as the Bank of the United States, and the evil consequences which followed may warn us of the danger of departing from the true rule of construction and of permitting temporary circumstances or the hope of better promoting the public welfare to influence in any degree our decisions upon the extent of the authority of the General Government. Let us abide by the Constitution as it is written, or amend it in the consti- tutional mode if it is found defective." [23]

Most Americans aren't aware of the fact that most members of Congress have violated the oath they swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution. The oath states:

"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." [24]

The Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Bilderbergers (the Brotherhood of Darkness) are subversive organizations that want to end national sovereignty, and establish a world government - yet, between 1976 and 2008, every president and/or vice president of the United States was a member of the Trilateral Commission, and most of the key members of their Cabinets were members of at least one of the subversive organizations. [25]

President Jackson continued:

"The severe lessons of experience will, I doubt not, be sufficient to prevent Congress from again chartering such a monopoly, even if the Constitution did not present an insuperable objection to it. But you must remember, my fellow-citizens, that eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty, and that you must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing. It behooves you, therefore, to be watchful in your States as well as in the Federal Government." [26]

President Jackson realized his opponents wanted to control the Federal government, but he didn't understand the occult force that energized them. What was their goal? Nicholas Biddle, the Rothschilds, many of the wealthy men, and the secret societies that were operating in the United States at that time, wanted to control the wealth and the military power of the United States because they wanted to create a world government. That has been the quest of the Mystery Religions and the secret societies since the dawn of civilization, and that is their goal today. [27]

I will try to conclude my analysis of President Jackson's Farewell Address next month.

The tempo of violence is increasing. The controversy over the Iranian election was contrived because a poll taken two weeks before the election revealed President Mahmoud Ahmadinejab was going to receive twice as many votes as his closest challenger, yet the American media claimed the election was stolen, Dr. Paul Craig Roberts believes the propaganda assault on the Iranian government is a prelude to war, and I fear he is correct. What can you do? You can tell people about Radio Liberty, and encourage them to listen to our programs. What will happen? Only God knows the answer to that question. Our job is to educate people, lead them to the Lord, and to be consoled by the promise that:

"In the old rugged cross, stained with blood so divine,
A wondrous beauty I see;
For 'twas on that old cross Jesus suffered and died
To pardon and sanctify me.

To the Old rugged cross I will ever be true,
Its shame and reproach gladly bear;
Then He'll call me some day to my home far away,
Where His glory forever I'll share.

So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown." [28]

Barbara and I appreciate your faithful support, and your prayers.

Yours in Christ,

Stanley Monteith
