Dear Friend of Radio Liberty,

"All of this was brought upon us in a single day, and night fell on a different world, a world where freedom itself is under attack."
President Bush: September 20, 2001. [1]

"Thousands of dangerous killers, schooled in the methods of murder, often supported by outlaw regimes, are now spread throughout the world like ticking time bombs - set to go off without warning."
President Bush: January 29, 2002. [2]

". . . to those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty; my message is this: Your tactics only aid terrorists - for they erode our national unity and diminish our resolve."
Attorney General Ashcroft: December 6, 2001. [3]

"Through the Neighborhood Watch program, we will weave a seamless web of prevention of terrorism that brings together citizens and law enforcement."
Attorney General Ashcroft, March 10, 2002. [4]

The world changed on September 11, 2001. It will never be the same again. Nine days after the terrorist attack on America, President Bush addressed the nation, and said:

"All of this was brought upon us in a single day, and night fell on a different world, a world where freedom itself is under attack." [5]

Freedom is under attack, but not from terrorism. The Anglo-American Establishment (AAE) is consolidating its power, restricting our freedom, restructuring our republic, creating a world government, and establishing a world religion. We must expose their agenda, or lose our liberty.

Professor Carroll Quigley was Bill Clinton's mentor when the future President attended Georgetown University in the mid-1960s. Professor Quigley told his students about the Anglo-American Establishment, and how members of the Group had gained control of the wealth of the world, most media outlets, many corporations, and the major political parties of Great Britain and the United States. If you haven't read Professor Quigley's books Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time, and The Anglo-American Establishment, you should read them because they provide the information you need to understand what is taking place today. [6]

What part did the Anglo-American Establishment play in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon? I will cover that issue in this and subsequent letters.

Members of the AAE are doing everything possible to instill fear in the hearts of the American people and divert our attention from the fact that we are becoming a "surveillance society" where everyone is watched and monitored. [7] AAE publishing houses promote books dealing with the danger of chemical, biological, and nuclear attacks. Soviet defectors suggest more attacks are coming, and government officials "leak stories" designed to convince the public that the threat is real. Tony Blankley summarized four recently "leaked stories" in an op-ed article in the Washington Times.

(1) ". . . the story of the shadow government, kept in rural bunkers against the contingency that Washington might be wiped out."
(2) "The Washington Post story of nuclear sensors being placed on I-95, with Delta Force-type teams training to intercept and defuse concealed nuclear devices."
(3) ". . . our government feared . . . that there was a nuclear bomb placed in New York City."
(4) ". . . the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times reported stories that the Pentagon's Nuclear Posture Review had been rewritten to include Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Libya as potential nuclear targets. . . . That leaked story . . . included the finding that low-yield nuclear devices which produce less fallout were needed to destroy underground complexes. . . ." [8]

The Washington Times frequently carries full-page advertisements that depict a stern-faced nuclear plant security guard carrying an automatic weapon. The ads suggest that terrorists plan to attack our nuclear facilities. [9]

A prominent Christian leader told Assist News Service (ANS):

". . . Muslim Pakistanis brought into the U.S. a small nuclear device called a 'dirty bomb' through Niagara Falls out of Canada . . . . They are driving this nuclear device in the back of a van or a car waiting for Bin Laden to tell them when it's time to set it off. . . . My contacts now within the intelligence community have leaked to me it is feared there are three such devices in the U.S." [10]

I've dealt with intelligence agents; they don't "leak" information without instructions. The AAE often uses good people to disseminate disinformation.

Daniel Pipes belongs to the CFR, and he writes for AAE publications. His November 2001 Commentary magazine article promotes fear of Muslims living in America.

"The Muslim population in this country is not like any other group, for it includes within it a substantial body of people - many times more numerous than the agents of Osama bin Laden - who share with the suicide hijackers a hatred of the United States and the desire, ultimately, to transform it into a nation living under the structures of militant Islam." [11]

How did the United States become a multicultural society? At one time our country was a Christian nation, but that is no longer true. What happened? The AAE, and its supporters, enacted the Immigration Act of 1965 which flooded America with immigrants from foreign cultures and different religions. The AAE produced the problem that plagues us; they intend to remedy the situation by restricting our freedom.

The AAE wants the public to believe Osama bin Laden and his followers have weapons of mass destruction, and are preparing to use them; AAE media outlets barrage us with flagrant misinformation and distorted disinformation.

On March 22, 2001, Reuters News Service reported that American forces discovered an al Qaeda weapons plant near Kandahar that was:

". . . quite well advanced in biological weapons and chemical weapons technology." [12]

The following day The New York Times embellished the story:

"There was a lab under construction. . . . It is another example that they had an appetite for developing biological agents. . . . There is ample evidence that the Qaeda organization wanted weapons of mass destruction, including biological agents. Osama bin Laden is said to have considered the acquisition of such weapons a religious obligation." [13]

The Los Angeles Times reported a different story:

". . . officials found no evidence the terrorist organization could make weapons out of diseases or poisons . . . searchers found medical supplies and commonly available chemistry equipment." [14]

The Reuters and New York Times articles were designed to frighten the public, the Los Angeles Times article told the truth.

The AAE is using "fear tactics" to justify the expansion of government control over our lives. The United States is rapidly becoming a "surveillance society." The British government installed video cameras to watch people several years ago, but prior to September 11, 2001, most Americans objected to being monitored. That changed after the terrorist attack. Recent polls reveal many people are willing to surrender some of their liberty to counter the threat of terrorism. [15] They've forgotten Benjamin Franklin's admonition:

"They that give up essential liberty to obtain a little safety deserves neither Liberty nor Safety." [16]

The Wall Street Journal discussed the surveillance system in Washington, D.C.:

"Cameras mounted on the roof of police headquarters here peer down at pedestrians approaching the steps of the Capitol half a mile away. Then they zoom in on a couple who are climbing the stairs, unaware they are being watched.

Inside headquarters, a huge digital image of the couple is displayed on floor-to-ceiling monitors in a darkened high-tech command center, the hub of what will soon be one of the nation's most extensive public surveillance networks. The new system will link hundreds of cameras that already monitor mass-transit stations, monuments and schools with new digital cameras that will be installed to watch over streets, shopping malls, and neighborhoods.

"Eventually, the Washington system will bring together cameras operated by different agencies across the metropolitan area, including video feeds from shopping malls, apartment buildings and other privately owned businesses. These images will be able to be viewed at the command post and broadcast to computer units already installed in most of the city's 1000 squad cars." [17]

The Washington Times discussed government surveillance in other communities:

"You're walking down the street, unaware that a camera is taking your picture and feeding the image to a government computer. You've become an unwitting participant in what amounts to a high-tech police lineup. . . . Facial recognition technology . . . is likely to grow as the government seeks more weapons for its war on terrorism. Authorities could use this technology to track people wherever they go. . . .'" [18]

Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Tampa, Florida, accepted Federal grants to install video monitors on their streets. Local residents fear they are creating "Big Brother," but Jake Jacocks, the former Police Chief of Virginia Beach, ridiculed the idea:

"This is not Big Brother watching you. . . . If anything, it's Big Brother watching out for you."

The executive director of the Virginia Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union responded:

"No matter how you look at it, this is a camera owned by the government taking pictures of you. In that sense, it has Big Brother written all over it." [19]

The Anglo-American Establishment (AAE) wants to force everyone to carry a national ID card. Most Americans oppose the idea, so state DMV officials are working with federal officials to expand the information required on driver's licenses, link state licenses to a national computer bank, and create a national ID card without the consent of Congress or the people. Will national ID cards protect the public from terrorism? Almost all of the 19 Muslims who attacked our country had Visa cards and driver's licenses, but that didn't keep them from hijacking airliners and crashing them into our buildings. Will expanded government surveillance of law-abiding Americans prevent future terrorist attacks, or is there a sinister agenda behind the AAE's effort to require everyone to carry a national ID card? [20]

Government agents watch our bank accounts, make phone companies keep records of our phone calls, require cellular phone companies to install equipment to determine our location, listen to our phone calls, and monitor our electronic communications through Echelon. The new anti-terrorist legislation expands Federal police power, and allows warrentless searches of our homes without our knowledge or consent. We are watched by government satellites, monitored by video cameras on the highway, and when the planned "Neighborhood Watch System" is implemented, our neighbors will watch us. [21]

When President Bush addressed the nation on January 29, he warned:

". . . only 19 of the thousands of terrorists trained in Afghanistan by Osama bin Laden . . . carried out the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Thousands of dangerous killers, schooled in the methods of murder, often supported by outlaw regimes, are now spread throughout the world like ticking time bombs - set to go off without warning." [22]

President Bush spoke in Salem, North Carolina, the following day, and:

". . . urged the public . . . to enlist in the newly created volunteer Citizen Corps to help combat threatened terrorist attacks street-by-street across the nation . . . the underlying purpose was to dramatically expand the eyes and ears of hard-pressed law enforcement personnel by recruiting millions of Americans to help detect suspicious activities or suspicious individuals.

'We never thought we'd be attacked . . . .' Bush told several thousand citizens. . . . 'Now it's time for this country to respond in a positive way.'

The Citizen Corps outlined by Bush and White House aides called for a variety of efforts to train millions of new volunteers to spot trouble, provide them quick access to authorities, and prepare them to lend a hand in the event of . . . attacks. As part of Citizen Corps, Bush announced plans to double within two years the number of street-by-street Neighborhood Watch programs that currently rely on nearly 30 million citizens in 7500 communities to watch for suspicious individuals and activities." [23]

The AAE wants millions of Americans to enlist in their "volunteer Citizens Corps," and expand "the eyes and ears of hard-pressed law enforcement personnel." When that happens, neighbors will begin reporting all "suspicious individuals and activities" to the police, just as they do in Communist Cuba and Communist China. The Office of Homeland Security was created to federalize our local police and create a National Police Force. Attorney General John Ashcroft described the program:

"Through the Neighborhood Watch program, we will weave a seamless web of prevention of terrorism that brings together citizens and law enforcement." [24]

The Attorney General cautioned people who are concerned about our progressive loss of freedom:

". . . to those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty, my message is this:
Your tactics only aid terrorists - for they erode our national unity and diminish our resolve." [25]

President Bush says America needs a "volunteer Citizen Corps" because:

"Thousands of dangerous killers, schooled in the methods of murder, often supported by outlaw regimes, are now spread throughout the world like ticking time bombs - set to go off without warning." [26]

Who created the terrorist movement that threatens America today? The Central Intelligence Agency recruited thousands of Arabs from Muslim countries during the 1980s, and sent them to Afghanistan where they were trained by our Special Forces units in military tactics, and the "methods of murder" needed to defeat the Soviet invaders. [27] The Muslims we trained, trained others, and when the Afghan war ended, many of them joined al Qaeda. [28] Why did the Holy Warriors embrace radical Islam? Because the CIA, the Pakistani Intelligence agency (ISI), and Saudi Arabia established Islamic schools and indoctrinated them in Wahhabism, the religion of Saudi Arabia. The Afghans and Afghan Arab warriors were taught they would go to heaven if they killed infidels and died fighting for Allah. The CIA printed thousands of copies of the Koran in Virginia and sent them to the Middle East where they were used to indoctrinate the Mujahideen. [29] The AAE created the CIA, and the CIA created the Islamic terrorists that threaten us today. [30]

Richard Labeviere is a Swiss journalist. When a radical Islamic group killed his friend, Ali S., Labeviere set out to discover who financed them. He interviewed government leaders, ambassadors, and company officials across the Middle East. His book, Dollars for Terror, was published in Europe in 1999, and released in America in 2000. Richard Labeviere wrote:

"A specter haunts the world . . . the specter of religious fanaticism . . . theocratic ideologies have declared a cold war on the democracies. . . . Where does the money for this dangerous proselytism come from - the money that finances mosques and Koran schools, supports Islamist organizations, orchestrates the fight against the 'impious' regimes of the Arab-Muslim world, and organizes the activism of certain Muslim communities of Europe . . . four years of research have established that the real threat lies . . . in Saudi Arabia and other oil monarchies allied with the United States. The greatest world power is fully aware of this development. Indeed, its information agencies have encouraged it. In certain parts of the world, the CIA and its Saudi and Pakistani homologues continue to sponsor Islamism." [31]

Who financed the Islamic terrorist attack on America? The Washington Post reported the money came from:

". . . the United Arab Emirates . . . but U.S. officials say that financial systems in other countries - including Pakistan and Germany - were also used to funnel money to accounts controlled by suspected ringleader Mohammed Atta and other hijackers. They are still working with foreign intelligence and police agencies to assemble a clearer portrait of the early stages of the plot's financing." [32]

On October 9, 2001, The Times of India reported that Ahmad Umar Sheikh, a Pakistani, sent $100,000 to Germany; his money was forwarded to Mohammed Atta who led the September 11 attack. [33] The Times article states:

". . . former ISI director-general Lt. Gen Mahmud Ahmad sought retirement after being superseded. . . . Top sources confirmed . . . that the general lost his job because of the 'evidence' India produced to show his links to one of the suicide bombers that wrecked the World Trade Centre. The US authorities sought his removal after confirming the fact that $100,000 were wired to WTC hijacker Mohammed Atta from Pakistan by Ahmad Umar Sheikh at the instance of Gen Mahumd." [34]

The South Asia Analysis Group paper No. 356, discussed the fact that CNN refused to cover the involvement of the Pakistani Intelligence agency:

"Absent was also any effort to trace out in CNN's coverage of the Pakistani complacency in the Sept. 11 attacks. It was left to the Indian intelligence to disclose to the world how ISI, Pakistani intelligence agency helped financially Mohammad Atta, the principal malefactor, to carry out the task. [35]

Pakistani Intelligence (ISI) is a surrogate of the Central Intelligence Agency, and the CIA is a surrogate of the AAE. Some people knew the September 11 attack was coming and did nothing to prevent it. [36] I will address that subject next month in my dissertation on the "Timeline for Terror."

This letter began with a discussion of The Anglo-American Establishment, the covert movement that rules the world. Where did it come from; what motivates its members? The AAE is part of an ageless conspiracy that has existed since the beginning of time. Jeremiah referred to it when he wrote:

"A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem." [37]

Ezekiel knew about it when he warned:

"There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof." [38]

Our job is to tell the American people about the "ageless conspiracy," and preach the Gospel. Some people will listen, others will not. We must disseminate the truth and recognize the fact that the outcome of our battle depends on the Lord.

Please make copies of this letter and pass them on to your family and friends.

Thank you for your support, and for caring about America. We still have a monthly shortfall. If you can help, it will be appreciated.

Yours in Christ,

Stanley Monteith, M.D.
