OIL DECEPTION II

Dear Friend of Radio Liberty,

"By the time you receive this letter, the price of oil will probably be much lower than it is today. . . . The U.S. economy is collapsing, inflation and unemployment are soaring (13%), the value of the dollar and home prices are declining, and the public is waiting for the current recession to end so they can resume their comfortable lifestyle."
August 2008, Radio Liberty letter, p. 6. [1]

"There is as much crude oil on the North Slope of Alaska as in Saudi Arabia. . . . There are many hundreds of square miles of oil under the North Slope of Alaska."
Lindsey Williams, The Energy Non-Crisis, p.181. [2]

"Likewise, in April, the U.S. Geological Survey revised its estimate for the Bakken Shale, underneath the badlands of North Dakota and Montana. The new assessment - as much as 4.3 billion barrels of oil - is a 25-fold increase over what the Survey believed in 1995. Such breakthroughs confirm that very large reserves exist, if only Congress would let business get at them."
The Wall Street Journal, June 30, 2008 [3]

"The problem we face is not new in history. Authoritarianism has been around a long time. For centuries, inflation and debt have been used by tyrants to hold power, promote aggression, and provide 'bread and circuses' for the people. . . . Time is short for making a course correction before this grand experiment in liberty goes into deep hibernation."
Congressman Ron Paul, Congressional Record, July 9, 2008 [4]

My August 2008 Radio Liberty letter discussed the devastating effect of the skyrocketing price of oil that was taking place at that time, but noted:

"By the time you receive this letter, the price of oil will probably be much lower than it is today. . . . The U.S. economy is collapsing, inflation and unemployment are soaring (13%), the value of the dollar and home prices are declining, and the public is waiting for the current recession to end so they can resume their comfortable lifestyle. That isn't going to happen. The inflationary depression that lies ahead will last for many years and the value of our currency will be destroyed." [5]

I wrote those words a week before the price of oil peaked at $147.02 a barrel on July 11, 2008. How did I know that the price of oil was going to decline? Why did the Oil Cartel (associated with the Brotherhood of Darkness- aka the BOD) increase the price of oil during the early months of 2008? Why did the BOD orchestrate the collapse of the world financial system?

To understand the cause of the devastating financial events we are witnessing today, you must recognize the fact that a small group of wealthy men (the BOD and members of the CFR) control both political parties, and use the wealth and military power of our nation to direct the course of world events. [6] What is their goal? They want to destroy Christianity, create a world religion, eliminate national sovereignty, establish a world government, introduce a global currency, and enthrone a world leader. How does the BOD control the political process? Through the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) which was a front for the Royal Institute of International Affairs, which was a front for the Round Table Group, which was a front for the Association of Helpers, which was a front for the Circle of Initiates, which was organized to conceal the existence of the secret (occult) society that Cecil Rhodes organized in 1891 to unify the world. [7]

Professor Carroll Quigley's book, Tragedy and Hope: A History of The World In Our Time, documents the origin of the Council on Foreign Relations, our "Invisible Government":

"The Royal Institute of International Affairs had as its nucleus in each area the existing submerged Round Table Group. In New York it was known as the Council on Foreign Relations, and was a front for J.P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group." [8]

If my information is correct, why hasn't someone tried to tell the American people that members of the CFR control our nation? Richard Harwood, the former National Editor of The Washington Post, tried to expose the CFR's control of our government in an article that was published in The Washington Post on October 30, 1993, but the article was buried on page 21, and very few people are aware of Richard Harwood's effort to expose the sinister cabal. He wrote:

"The president is a member. So is his secretary of state, the deputy secretary of state, all five of the undersecretaries, several of the assistant secretaries and the department's legal adviser. The president's national security adviser and his deputy are members. The director of Central Intelligence (like all previous directors) and the chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Advisory board are members. The secretary of defense, three undersecretaries and at least four assistant secretaries are members. The secretaries of the departments of housing and urban development, interior, health and human services and the chief White House public relations man, David Gergen, are members, along with the speaker of the House and the majority leader of the Senate." [9]

Very little has changed since that time. John McCain is a long-time member of the CFR, Joe Biden was a member of the CFR, and both John McCain and Barak Obama have attended CFR meetings and addressed the organization. [10]

How does the BOD get members of Congress, and the rulers of foreign nations, to accept the BOD's agenda? My August 2008 Radio Liberty letter (page 6) describes some of the measures that have been used to force people to accede to the BOD's program. Please reread that segment, and note my reference to the assassinations of Martin Luther King and Senator Robert Kennedy.

How has the BOD concealed its existence? Professor Ben Bagdikian's book, The New Media Monopoly, documents the little-known fact that five megacorporations control 90-95% of the major media outlets in the United States, and censor the information the American people read, hear, and see. [11]

The BOD has been trying to convince the American people the United States is running out of oil since 1973. Many people embrace that view, but is it true? I began to question the premise in 1980 or 1981 when I heard a radio interview with a man named Lindsey Williams who claimed he was the Chaplain on the Trans-Alaska pipeline project from 1974 -1977, and that he met many of the powerful men who control oil production throughout the world. Lindsey Williams also claimed he witnessed the discovery of a massive oil field on Gull Island (5 miles north of Prudhoe Bay), but the following day was told by a senior ARCO executive (Mr. X) to forget what he had seen and been told.

Subsequently Lindsey Williams wrote a book he titled The Energy Non-Crisis that described the massive oil field on Gull Island, and when I began my radio ministry in 1993, I interviewed Lindsey Williams on several occasions. Each time I was impressed by his story, but wondered if his information was really correct. During the years that followed, several people contacted me, and said they knew Lindsey when he was the Chaplain on the Trans-Alaska pipeline, but that didn't substantiate Lindsey's story about the Gull Island oil field. Eventually I called Lindsey and asked him for the telephone number of an ARCO Executive (a Mr. Y) Lindsey mentioned on my program. When I contacted Mr. Y, he confirmed Lindsey's story, and stated (in essence):

"I have never understood why ARCO and the other oil companies didn't develop the Gull Island oil field. It's one of the largest pools in the world."

I asked Mr. Y to appear on one of my radio programs, but he feared he would lose his job if he mentioned the Gull Island oil field on the air. I understood Mr. Y's concern because the faceless men who run the world discredit or destroy people who oppose them, I have interviewed several assassins who were commissioned by the CIA, and at least three of my guests have died under mysterious circumstances. One of them (Gary Webb) supposedly shot himself in the head twice to be certain he was dead. [12]

At that point I was convinced Lindsey Williams' story was accurate, but I had no idea where my friendship with Lindsey Williams would lead, or the shocking information Mr. X would reveal in May 2008.

Shortly after Lindsey Williams' book was published in 1980, Mr. X contacted Lindsey and told him he (Mr. X) had been fired because he told Lindsey about the Gull Island oil field. The former ARCO executive was furious, and offered to help rewrite Lindsey's book and clarify the information. Lindsey accepted Mr. X's offer, and they revised the text of The Energy Non-Crisis together.

Chapter 17 of the revised edition of Lindsey Williams' book begins with this statement:

"Gull Island just proved what the oil companies have believed for some time. It authenticated the seismographic findings. Seismographic testing has indicated that there is as much crude oil on the North Slope of Alaska as in Saudi Arabia. Since the Gull Island find proved to be seismographically correct, then the other testings are correct also. There are many hundreds of square miles of oil under the North Slope of Alaska.

To clarify what I am about to say, let me first re-emphasize that the government permitted the oil companies to drill and prove many sites (subsequently making them cap the wells and keep secret the proof of the finds), but they do not allow them to produce from the wells. This is why I have referred . . . to a number of wells having been drilled (after I left the North Slope). The only production permitted is from the small area of the North Slope. . . .

Three wells have been drilled, proven and capped at Gull Island. The East Dock well also hit the Gull Island oil pool. . . . For forty miles to the east of Gull Island there has not been a single dry hole drilled, although many wells have been drilled. This shows the immensity of the size of the field.

The Gull Island oil find is even larger than the Prudhoe Bay field, which is presently producing more that two million barrels of oil every twenty-four hours. . . .

Where is the energy crisis? It surely is not on the North Slope of Alaska, so it must be only in Washington, D.C.!

Now - just in case Gull Island didn't blow your mind, try this on for size! Only recently, just west of Gull Island, the Kuparuk oil field has been drilled.

Again, this is a totally separate pool of oil from either the Prudhoe Bay field or the Gull Island field. . . .

In an entirely different area of the North Slope than the 100-square-mile area of the Prudhoe Bay field, the Kuparuk field is approximately 60 miles long by 30 miles wide and contains approximately the same amount of oil as the Prudhoe Bay field. . . .

From 1973 through 1980 we were being told continually that America was in the midst of a major energy crisis, yet no oil production was allowed from the Kuparuk field. It wasn't until 1981 that permission was finally granted for production. Why the delay - if there really was a crisis.

The reason that Mr. X made the statement that there is as much crude oil on the North Slope of Alaska as in all of Saudi Arabia is because the oil companies have drilled all over the North Slope and have proven there is that much oil there, but still they are only allowed to produce from the small area." [13]

Mr. X described the oil fields:

The oil field at Prudhoe Bay is approximately 100 square miles in size.

The Kuparuk oil field is twice the size of the Prudhoe Bay field.

The Gull Island oil field is four times the size of the Prudhoe Bay field, and may be the richest oil field on the face of the earth. [14]

Two years later ARCO rehired Mr. X and gave him a raise in salary to prevent him from revealing more information about the massive oil deposits that lie north of the Arctic circle.

If his statement is true, how has the information been kept from the American people? It's very simple. The U.S. has "freedom of the press," which means the men and women who control the American media (the BOD and the CFR) can censor the information that is released to the public. If you doubt that is true, I suggest you read the remainder of Richard Harwood's 1993 Washington Post article:

"In the past 15 years, council directors (CFR-ed) have included Hedley Donovan of Time Inc., Elizabeth Drew of the New Yorker, Philip Geyelin of The Washington Post, Karen Elliott House of the Wall Street Journal and Strobe Talbott of Time magazine. . . . The editorial page editor, deputy editorial page editor, executive editor, managing editor, foreign editor, national affairs editor, business and financial editor, and various writers as well as Katharine Graham, the paper's principal owner, represent The Washington Post in the council's membership. The executive editor, managing editor and foreign editor of the New York Times are members, along with executives of such other newspapers, net- work television executives and celebrities - Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, and Jim Lehrer, for example - and various columnists, among them Charles Krauthammer, William Buckley, George Will and Jim Hoagland. . . . They do not merely analyze and interpret foreign policy for the United States, they help make it." [15]

Is the world running out of oil? Several untapped resources are listed below:

1. The Bakken Oil field
2. The Arctic National Wildlife Reserve (ANWR)
3. U.S. off-shore oil
4. Brazil off-shore oil
5. The recent discovery above the Arctic Circle
6. Indonesia
7. Canadian oil sands
8. Colorado-Utah-Wyoming shale
9. Coal conversion

Where is the Bakken oil field? A June 30, 2008, article in The Wall Street Journal states:

"Likewise, in April, the U.S. Geologic Survey revised its estimate for the Bakken Shale, underneath the badlands of North Dakota and Montana. The new assessment - as much as 4.3 billion barrels of oil - is a 25-fold increase over what the Survey believed in 1995. Such breakthroughs confirm that very large reserves exist, if only Congress would let business get at them." [16]

Most people believe The Wall Street Journal is a conservative newspaper, but that isn't true. The BOD controls The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, the three major news magazines, and most of the other major media outlets in the United States. The Wall Street Journal article suggests Congress is primarily responsible for the domestic shortage of oil, but that isn't true. OPEC, the major oil companies, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Environmentalists, and a number of other organizations work in concert with the BOD to restrict oil production in the United States. [17]

The Wall Street Journal article suggests the Bakken oil field may contain 4.3 billion barrels of oil, but that isn't a significant discovery. Since the U.S. consumes 20 million barrels of oil a day and the Bakken field may contain 4.3 billion barrels of oil, if the Bakken field was developed the oil would last 215 days. What is the true status of the Bakken reserve? A recent article in The New York Post tells a far different story. (May 29, 2008)

"Here's some very good news about oil that the manipulators on Wall Street don't want you to know. There could be as much as 40 billion barrels of crude lying untouched in eastern Montana.

That's billion with a "b" - as in a ball-breaking amount for those speculators who are purposely pushing the oil higher for their own selfish reasons.

Who says? Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer does, adding that his state - with fewer than 1 million residents - would be thrilled to bail the US out of its current energy predicament . . .

Right now, the US Geological Survice estimates that there are 4.3 billion barrels of recoverable oil in the Bakken region, which also reaches into North Dakota.

'They are always conservative,' said Schweitzer, who greeted me in his office dressed in jeans, a white shirt and a string tie. 'There will be more. It'll probably be more like 40 billion.'" [18]

Does the Bakken reserve contain 40 billion barrels of oil? Could the Bakken reserve contain more? Would the BOD kill people to prevent them from telling the truth?

Fortunately most of my readers can access the Internet, and verify the following information which can be found on wikipedia:

"A landmark paper by Dow and a companion paper by Williams (1974) recognized the Bakken as a tremendous source for . . . oil. . . . These papers suggested that the Bakken was capable of generating 10 billion barrels of oil. Webster (1982, 1984) . . . further sampled and analyzed the Bakken and calculated hydrocarbon generation capacities to be about 92 BBbls. These data were updated by Schmoker and Hester (1983) who estimated that the Bakken was capable of generating 132 BBbls of oil in North Dakota and Montana. A research paper by USGS geochemist Leigh Price in 1999 estimated the total amount of oil contained in the Bakken shales ranged from 271 billion to 503 billion barrels, with a mean of 413 billion barrels. While others before him had begun to realize that the oil generated by the Bakken shale had remained within the Bakken, it was Price, who had spent much of his career studying the Bakken, who particularly stressed this point. If he was right, the large amounts of oil remaining in this formation would make it a prime oil exploration target. Unfortunately, Price passed away (suddenly-ed) in 2000 before his research could be peer-reviewed and published. . . . New estimates of the amount of hydrocarbons generated by the Bakken were presented by Meissner and Banks (2000) and by Flannery and Kraus (2006). The first of these papers tested a newly developed computer model with existing Bakken data to estimate generated oil of 32 BBbls. The second paper used a more sophisticated computer program with extensive data input supplied by the ND Geological Survey and Oil and Gas Division. Early numbers generated from this information placed the value at 200 BBbls later revised to 300 BBbls when the paper was presented in 2006. In April 2008, a report issued by the state of North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources estimated that the North Dakota portion of the Bakken contained 167 billion barrels of oil." [19]

Why am I suspicious about Dr. Leigh Price's sudden death? Because Dr. Price was going to release a report that revealed the truth about the Bakken reserve, and the BOD doesn't want the public to know there are several trillion barrels of oil in North America.

Next month I will tell you how I knew the price of oil was going to fall, I will reveal the location of the massive oil deposits in North America, I will tell you why the BOD raised the price of oil during the early months of 2008, and I will tell you what Mr. X told Lindsey Williams in May of this year.

We are living in perilous times. What can we do? We can expose the dark spiritual force that energizes the BOD, and disseminate Congressman Ron Paul's warning. (July 9, 2008)

"The problem we face is not new in history. Authoritarianism has been around a long time. For centuries, inflation and debt have been used by tyrants to hold power, promote aggression, and provide 'bread and circuses' for the people. . . . Time is short for making a course correction before this grand experiment in liberty goes into deep hibernation." [20]

Please contact your friends and family, and tell them about the BOD's effort to destroy Christianity, establish world government, and enthrone a world leader.

You have my permission to copy and disseminate anything I have produced.

How will we face the frightening events that lie ahead. Please remember:

"Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish." [21]

Barbara and I appreciate your faithful support, and your prayers.

Yours in Christ,

Stanley Monteith
