Dear Friend,

Last month I concluded my letter noting that we are indebted to Professor Carroll Quigley for having exposed the cabal that covertly rules the world. I suggest that you reread your July and August Radio Liberty letters because they summarize the fraudulent nature of our current two-party system. America's Unelected Rulers have controlled both presidential nominees in all but one presidential election since 1936. Unless the public can be convinced of that fact, nothing will change in the years that lie ahead.

In his books and lectures Professor Quigley explained that powerful American financiers joined their English counterparts in a common quest to unify the world under a central government. He detailed how they took over control of both political parties, making a mockery of our electoral process. During the first half of this past century J.P. Morgan and his associates along with the Rockefellers dominated the financial and political life of our nation; during the latter half of the century the Rockefeller dynasty usurped that power. Professor Quigley's book Tragedy and Hope: A History of The World In Our Time was published in 1966, so his revelations end there. Accordingly, he primarily recounts events that took place under J.P. Morgan's reign:

"The structure of financial controls created by the tycoons of "Big Banking" and "Big Business" . . . was of extraordinary complexity . . . one, centered in New York, was headed by J.P. Morgan and Company, and the other, in Ohio, was headed by the Rockefeller family. When these two cooperated, as they generally did, they could influence the economic life of the country . . . and could almost control its political life, at least on the Federal level." [1]

"To Morgan all political parties were simply organizations to be used, and the firm always was careful to keep a foot in all camps. Morgan himself, Dwight Morrow, and other partners were allied with Republicans; Russell C. Leffingwell was allied with the Democrats; Grayson Murphy was allied with the extreme Right; and Thomas W. Lamont was allied with the Left . . . Our concern at the moment is with the links between Wall Street and the Left, especially the Communists . . . . The chief evidence, however, can be found in the files of the HUAC which shows Tom Lamont, his wife Flora, and his son Corliss as sponsors and financial angels to almost a score of extreme Left organizations, including the Communist Party itself." [2]

Here Professor Quigley reveals that Wall Street covertly financed the Radical Left, the Radical Right, and the Communist Party. By financing such groups, they set up straw men to attack in order to rally support behind the political leaders they controlled. Professor Quigley explained how the American people were deceived. Referring to the influence of the Morgan and Rockefeller dynasties, he wrote:

"It was this group of people . . . who provided much of the framework of influence which the Communist sympathizers and fellow travelers took over in the United States in the 1930's. It must be recognized that the power that these energetic Left-wingers exercised was never their own power or Communist power but was ultimately the power of the international financial coterie, and, once the anger and suspicions of the American people were aroused, as they were by 1950, it was a fairly simple matter to get rid of the Red sympathizers. Before this could be done, however, a congressional committee, following backward to their source the threads which led from admitted Communists like Whittaker Chambers, through Alger Hiss, and the Carnegie Endowment to Thomas Lamont and the Morgan Bank, fell into the whole complicated network of interlocking tax-exempt foundations. The Eighty-third Congress . . . set up a Special Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations . . . . It soon became clear that people of immense wealth would be unhappy if the investigation went too far and that the "most respected" newspapers in the country, closely allied with these men of wealth, would not get excited enough about any revelations to make the publicity worth while, in terms of votes or campaign contributions." [3]

What did the Special Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations discover that had to be suppressed by our "'most respected' newspapers . . . closely aligned with . . . men of great wealth?" Professor Quigley explained:

"An interesting report showing the Left-wing associations of the interlocking nexus of tax-exempt foundations was issued in 1954 rather quietly. Four years later, the Reece committee's general counsel, Rene` A. Wormser, wrote a shocked, but not shocking, book on the subject called Foundations: Their Power and Influence." [4]

Rene` Wormser's book documented the fact that American capitalists had financed both the socialist and communist movements here in the United States through their tax-exempt foundations. It was essential that such information be suppressed because it would be difficult to get young men to risk their lives fighting Communism overseas, or maintain public support for massive military budgets, if it were known that our financiers had been subsidizing our enemies.

Foundations: Their Power and Influence is one of the most important books ever written. It was first published by Devin-Adair, but dissemination was effectively blocked. The publisher subsequently gave the plates to the book to another publisher, but he too was unable to get it widely distributed. Eventually I was given the plates with the proviso that I get the book back in print. It is currently available from Radio Liberty. If you read Rene` Wormser's book your outlook on the world will never again be the same. I encourage you to order a copy at 800-544-8927.

Professor Quigley pointed out that there has never been a real Communist threat to America. Rather, subversive acts by highly placed officials reflected the covert agenda of International Finance. Their intent has always been to promote socialism in the United States and collectivist regimes in other nations in preparation for the federation of the world under their control.

Professor Carroll Quigley was one of the most brilliant historians of modern times, but because he viewed the unfolding of world events from a purely secular perspective, he failed to grasp the spiritual nature of the powerful forces he sought to expose. He rightly traced the source of the current movement toward world government to John Ruskin, a charismatic art professor who taught at Oxford University in the 1870s, but he failed to recognize that Ruskin's ideas had their origin in the occult beliefs of Plato and Karl Marx. [5] Accordingly, Professor Quigley failed to inform his readers that John Ruskin:

"praised the virtues of authoritarian government" . . . and "announced that he was a socialist, even a determined communist." [6]

It was Ruskin's belief that an "Anglo-Saxon Elite must rule the world" that inspired Cecil John Rhodes to dedicate his life to bringing about the federation of the world. Rhodes' efforts led to the formation of both the Rhodes Scholarships and the Council on Foreign Relations. His influence is reflected today in the fact that President Clinton is a Rhodes Scholar, and Bill Bradley, one of two Democrat presidential candidates, is also a Rhodes Scholar. [7] In addition, most major banks, universities, corporations, courts, cabinet positions, and tax-exempt foundations are controlled by Rhodes Scholars, or by those who attained their positions because of membership in the Council on Foreign Relations. The CFR was created in 1921 by men who shared Cecil Rhodes' vision of world federation. [8] Short of the collapses of our present financial system, or Divine intervention, we will soon live under the tyrannical control of a world government, and freedom, as we have known it, will become only a distant memory.

Professor Quigley told his readers that William Stead was one of three men Cecil Rhodes chose to become members of the inner core of his secret society, but he failed to grasp the significance of the fact that Stead was a Theosophist, and deeply involved in Spiritualism. [9] Furthermore, Professor Quigley didn't recognize the significance of the fact that Cecil John Rhodes had sworn a series of secret oaths upon entering Masonry, oaths that required him to search for The Light, thus vowing to seek Lucifer's plan for his life. [10]

For those unacquainted with the significance of Masonry and Masonic oaths, I suggest Manly P. Hall's book The Lost Keys of Freemasonry. Hall was a 33rd degree Mason, and when he died the Scottish Rite Magazine referred to him as "the greatest Masonic philosopher of modern times." Manly P. Hall wrote:

"The strength of man was not given to be used destructively but that he might build a temple worthy to be the dwelling place of the Great Architect of the universe."

"When the Mason learns that the key to the warrior on the block is the proper application of the dynamo of living power, he has learned the mystery of his Craft. The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy." [11]

What is the Masonic secret that most members of the Craft never learn? That only the Mason who "learns the proper application of the dynamo of living power" will have "the seething energies of Lucifer in his hand." Documentation of the fact that LUCIFER is the source of The Light that Masons seek can be found on page 321 of Albert Pike's book Morals and Dogma which was routinely given to all Masons receiving advanced degrees up until 1972. [12]

In his book The Anglo-American Establishment, Professor Quigley noted that most of the men who joined the Rhodes movement during the early decades of the twentieth century were also members of the Society for Psychical Research. According to Dr. Dennis Cuddy, a well-known conservative researcher, members of that organization were involved in the study of the occult. Professor Quigley tells us that:

"One of the enduring creations of the Cecil Bloc is the Society For Psychical Research. . . . The society was founded in 1882 by the Balfour family and their in-laws. . . . In the twentieth century it was dominated by those members of the Cecil Bloc who became most readily members of the Milner Group.

". . . the Milner Group . . . realized it was a secret group - or at least its inner circles did. From Milner and Rhodes they got this idea of a secret group of able and determined men, but they never found a name for it, contenting themselves with calling it "the Group," or "the Band," or even "Us." [13]

Upon Rhodes' death in 1902 the leadership of his movement fell to Lord Alfred Milner. The influence of the men Lord Milner recruited steadily increased until the Milner Bloc replaced the Cecil Bloc as the dominant force within the English government. Following World War I the Milner Bloc expanded its influence into the United States and helped organize The Council on Foreign Relations. By the end of the 1940s the occult movement that Cecil Rhodes created had become the dominant force in American universities and American politics. Its ideas were also introduced into both Catholic and Protestant seminaries in an effort to neutralize traditional Christian thought and to promote the concept of World Federation; that fact explains why so many church leaders refuse to speak out against the concept of a world government.

Most observers fail to recognize that two major philosophies have been competing for dominance here in the United States, one promoting Christianity, the other Occultism. As noted earlier, Manly P. Hall was an Adept of the Occult, and the most important esoteric philosopher of modern times. In his book The Secret Destiny of America, he wrote:

"Men bound by a secret oath to labor in the cause of world democracy decided that in the American colonies they would plant the roots of a new way of life. Brotherhoods were established to meet secretly, and they quietly and industriously conditioned America to its destiny for leadership in a free world . . . ." [15]

"On the reverse of our nation's Great Seal is an unfinished pyramid to represent human society itself, imperfect and incomplete. Above floats the symbol of the esoteric orders, the radiant triangle with its all-seeing eye." [16]

"There is only one possible origin for these symbols, and that is the secret societies which came to this country 150 years before the Revolutionary War. Most of the patriots who achieved American independence belonged to these societies, and derived their inspiration, courage, and high purpose from the ancient teaching." [17]

Thus we learn that occultists have been working here in North America since before the Revolutionary War to create a nation that would one day lead the world into a new social order, but Manly P. Hall exaggerates the part that Adepts played in the founding of our country. Although Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Paine were occultists, most Founding Fathers were devout Christians. Of the 55 men who wrote our Constitution, 51 were Evangelical Christians, two were Catholics, one was an atheist, and only Benjamin Franklin was an Adept of the Mysteries. Although many Founding Fathers belonged to Masonic Lodges before the Revolutionary War, American Masonry had not been infiltrated by European occultism at that time, and the secrecy of the Lodge was viewed as a convenient means of concealing their plan for separating from Great Britain.

For those who wish to document the financing of Communism and Fascism by Western Bankers, I suggest Professor Antony Sutton's books Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution and Wall Street and The Rise of Hitler; both books are available from Radio Liberty. I also suggest my video interview with Professor Sutton, The Best Enemies Money Can Buy. One has only to read newspapers and magazines today to realize that we continue financing Russia, and through trade, financial aid, and Most-Favored-Nation Treaty status we are supporting the brutal Communist regime in China.

In his August newsletter Howard Phillips reported that during the May 8 meeting of The Conservative Caucus, Thomas Moore, a former staff member of the Senate Armed Forces Committee, read from a:

". . . summary of (an) Army regulation (which) provides guidance for establishing and managing civilian inmate labor programs on Army installations . . . ." He then went on to ask - "Does a question occur to you, why does the Army need to establish prison camps for civilians on military installations?" . . . "I believe we have to begin to face the implications of what Y2K means for a martial law, a suspension of civil liberties . . . imposed largely by the military." [18]

Those were frightening words from a man who has worked in Washington D. C. for many years. As expected, the news media failed to report his remarks.

The September 6, 1999. issue of US News and World Report carried an article stating that highly placed FBI officials are concerned about the threat of domestic terrorism from:

". . . two camps. One is made up of far-right Christians who view the millennium as the end of the world, a period of tribulation before God and his chosen people emerge triumphant. Most of them disavow violence, but analysts fear a few marginal sociopaths will use the religious backdrop to settle old scores. The second group thinks Y2K computer problems are a plot by the federal government and the "new world order" to impose martial law and take away believers' rights." [19]

What can be done? We must pray for revival, then endeavor to inform others about the spiritual nature of the battle in which we are involved. How can we reach people across America? Much of the information contained in my last three letters is covered in two video tapes, The Brotherhood of Darkness and Secrets of the Illuminati. The first video is an hour and ten minutes in length, and concludes with a 30-minute question-and-answer period. The second video is two hours and forty minutes in length, and contains extensive documentation through the use of overhead transparencies. Although neither video is of professional quality, the information they contain is comprehensive, and the best sources available today. You have my permission to copy and distribute both videos as long as you don't make a profit. Discounts are available for bulk purchase.

I hope to be able to consolidate my last three newsletters into a pamphlet for distribution, and I need help to finance that project. If you are interested in contributing, please contact me.

How can we hope to reach enough people to make a difference? If every one of the 1300+ people who receives this letter would contact one new person a day utilizing my last three letters and the videos mentioned, and every new person would contact another new person every day, via the power of compounding, within ten days a million people would know the truth. If that process continued for a month, everyone in America would understand what is happening. It is up to you. Each of us has an obligation to inform others, and it must start with you. Will you participate? Now is the time for action, and if enough readers will join our effort, we can reach millions of people in a very short period of time.

Today our political and financial leaders are dedicated to federating the world. That was the intent of Nimrod, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, and Genghis Khan, but none of them succeeded. Short of Divine intervention, however, Cecil Rhodes' followers will soon consolidate their control over the world. I believe that Y2K and domestic terrorism will be used to facilitate that process. What are we to do? Those who are working to create a world government believe that they are on the winning side of history. Those of us who worship Jesus Christ realize that difficult times lie ahead, but that eventually God will triumph. We must recognize that throughout history Christians have been persecuted and martyred for their faith, and if we fail to convince the public about what is happening, we may face a similar fate. Thus we must work as hard as we can, and pray for God's guidance. Whatever happens, we must always keep our eyes focused on Him because we have His promise of eternal salvation and that He will be with us always - even unto the end of the world. That must be our source of strength during the difficult times that lie ahead.

Remember Psalm 2:

1. Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2. The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his Anointed, saying
3. Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us
4. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall have them in derision.
5. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. [19]

Please remember that we are dependent on your support. If you can possibly provide additional funding this month, it will be greatly appreciated.

Yours in Christ,

Stanley Monteith, M.D.
